My rates depend on the type of the arrangement you envision including what kind of florals you desire- this is why a customized quote can be requested during our consult. For example; tall, domed centerpieces tend to cost more than bud vases or light greenery around candles.
I strive to work with couples in order to meet their floral budgets and can easily suggest ways to use flowers that can give you the style and vibes you’ve been dreaming of without breaking your honeymoon budget.
For over 20 years Jessica Vann-Campbell Flowers had no minimum package order however, due to the current status of the local wedding industry and my commitment to making sure your florals are as fabulous as you are: there is a $2500 (before taxes and delivery/set up fees) minimum to book an event.
Most of my couples spend about $2500-4000 for a full compliment of wedding florals which typically include bridal party wearables, centerpieces and arbor or ceremony arrangements. Talk to me about installations that can be used for both your ceremony and your reception!
I love elopements and micro weddings, please chat with me about what you’re thinking and we can customize your order to accommodate your dream mini-event. Minimum $500 investment.
Styled Shoots: $125 fee toward materials, transportation and freelancers if needed.

frequently asked questions:
How do you keep your rates so reasonable? I am so fortunate to have a home studio and be able to keep my costs down through sacrificing rental inventory for 1:1 personalized attention to my couples. I can refer you to awesome vendors for rentals and planning so that, as a boutique florist, I am only focused on your floral design. It’s my mission to be transparent and flexible on pricing and provide free consultations online, phone or in person.
Where do you get your flowers and foliage? While working with several local wholesale providers, I also have connections with small farms for dahlias, greenery and vines. I am part of the Seattle Wholesale Growers Market and grow all my own succulents.
What happens if you are sick or injured on my wedding day? That’s a scary idea for any couple planning one of the most important days of their lives! Rest assured that I have several time-tested and trusted employees, have worked multi-wedding weekends with broken fingers (!) and have relationships with other floral vendors who I know would assist in a pinch. After 20 years of doing wedding and event florals, I can safely say that I have made every single event come to fruition no matter what was happening in my personal life and that is my commitment to every couple who books with me.
Do you take more than one wedding in a day? Very seldomly- only if I happen to have a full service wedding and a small elopement pick up on the same day. I will always be transparent with you during our consultation if that were the case.
What is your experience level and how many weddings do you book per year? My beloved aunt was a florist on Capitol Hill in Seattle for 15 years; she taught me the basics of floral arranging when I was still in college and I did about 15-20 weddings per year throughout graduate school and my career’s early days- mostly through word of mouth and for friends and family. When I adopted my daughter in 2017, I stepped away from my full time position as a mental health therapist and starting working in weddings and events. I have been blessed to take on about 50 weddings per year and have done the florals for over 300 weddings in the last 20 years.
