Jessica & Bijan
Jessica came to me for her bridal party flowers. She had a winter wedding planned and would be using a family friend’s gifts and talents for the other wedding florals but wanted a florist to help with sourcing garden roses and constructing a classic and timeless bouquet style. Jessica and Bijan married at Lord Hill Farms on a bright winter’s day in December. Here are some amazingly romantic pics from their photographer the incredible Gina Paulson. To tell the truth, I didn’t have a lot of experience working with an all white garden rose palette and was excited for the challenge. We added some pops of italian ruscus in the bridal bouquets to give them some visual depth. I used a combination of white cloud, princess miyuki and white o’hara garden roses.
Jessica’s clean black and white look was a show-stopper on the day of!
I was so honored to be chosen along with some of Jessica and Bijan’s other amazing vendors and it was a pleasure creating her bridal party flowers. Since I am a boutique florist, no order is too small! Reach out to me even if you don’t need the full complement of wedding flowers, I am always down to support the DIY couples!
For Bijan’s bout, Jessica’s father’s bout and her bouquet, she had me add a pheasant feather as a nod in memoriam to her grandfather.
Congrats again to the newlyweds!
