Erin and Ben have had a lovely romance and their journey together started on an overcast day overlooking Greenlake in Seattle WA. I couldn't wait to set this wedding up! They married under a customized four post canopy, in the round at the Great Hall at Greenlake. Erin wanted to capture the unexpected in her vision of the flowers so I used thistle and floating queen anne's lace to couple the modern with the poetic.
Erin's bridemaids wore strapless eggplant-colored dresses and their enthusiam and love for the bride and groom was apparent in their smiles and willingness to jump in and help with the set up!
I used white ranunculus to amp up the romance for the bridal bouquet, pictured below.
Even the toss bouquet, which I include as a complementary option for every wedding I do, had a little edge to it with the added blue thistle.
A circle of bouquets await the bridesmaids in the bridal suite.
